The United Nations human rights chief Zeid Ra’ad Al Hussein stated that President Rodrigo Duterte needs to submit himself to some sort of psychiatric evaluation. This was after the president launched profanity-laced diatribes against UN rapporteurs because of the examination on his anti-narcotic war.
